Greg // Bach

comedian // writer // producer // human

I am funny. I have certificates.

Greg Bach has called the Milwaukee comedy scene home for ten years now, but he has performed all over the world. People in Chicago, New York, Berlin, Manchester and Loves Park have found him rather amusing. His comedy stems from billboards, food adventures or anything embarrassing stories from his life. Greg has known to say about his comedy “If it made me cry then, it’ll make the audience laugh now.”

Greg has performed with many national headliners, including W. Kamau Bell, BD Freeman, Godfrey, Tom Clark, Shane Mauss and Chastity Washington. He has been a featured performer at the Milwaukee Comedy Festival, the Laughing Devil Festival in New York City, Milwaukee Punk Fest, and Milwaukee Pride as well as the Derby City Comedy Festival in Louisville, KY.

Greg is a man of many comedic hats, which are huge, as his head is gigantic. He has acted in plays such as “8-Bit Warrior”, “Rudolf The Pissed Off Reindeer” and many times for the Sketch 22 show. He was also a member of the Worst Case Scenario improv group and is a performer at ComedySportz in Milwaukee.

As a writer, Greg is a graduate of the writing program at The Second City in Chicago. He has written for the sketch group Broadminded, the long running Sketch 22 show and was a contributor to the Committee of Five Political Blog. He was the head writer and producer for the award-winning program “The Barrettsville Pledge Drive”. Currently he is a contributor to the Othy Schwering Show, a writer and producer for the Goodnight Milwaukee Show, Stand Up Cinema and is the co-creator/writer of the sketch comedy group Dynamo Kickstand.

Other things you should know about Greg: he is a musician, singer and with his degree in Political Science, so he can make fun of any politician with zeal and guile.
